We will help you from start to finish, providing free quotations, making any relevent planning applications prior to carrying out the work & will leave the work site cleaner than when we started.
Felling
When a tree needs to be removed it can be felled provided there is space to do so.
Large dismantles
When a tree cant be felled, it needs to be dismantled in sections. We have the expertise & equipment to safely remove large trees in small spaces without causing damage to your property or garden. This is done using a variety of rigging techniques.
Small tree / large shrub work
No job too small. Let us take care of it for you in an efficient manner.
Pollarding
Common practice used to retain a tree where space is an issue. However not all species will be tolerant of this method.
Pruning
There are lots of other types of pruning such as Crown Raising, Crown Thinning, Crown Reduction and Dead Wooding. These may be for different reasons such as letting more light into your garden, because the tree is encroaching on property, to create a view or because of health and safety reasons. However if done incorrectly it can be cause of infection & disease. We undertake all types of pruning in line with British Standard BS:3998.
Storm damage / emergency
Emergency service provided to assist with windblown or damaged trees.
Chipping
Operator & chipper available to clear up any work you have done yourself. Most waste material from our tree work is chipped & recycled. Get in touch if you require woodchip for mulching.
Firewood
Most of the wood from our work is recycled as firewood. Seasoned logs are available in the summer.
